Dear League Members
I have created 3 different schedules based on 8 minute tee times, 10 minute tee times and 12 minute tee times. I have taken into consideration all of your request and it looks like we should be able to start everyone on the same 9 holes as oppose to leagues going off front and back at 4pm.
I know some of you are still waiting to hear back from some of your league members and we are still waiting for the government to let us know what the official rules will be in order to open. Once I receive ALL of the information (from you the league conveners and the government) then I will release the set tee times for each league day.
Since most of you are 9 hole leagues with many players playing 18 holes, how it will work in regards to alternating front and back will be as followed
Week 1 – Every League, member and tee time throughout the day will tee off the FRONT 9 since the league 9 counting will be the FRONT 9
Week 2 – Every League, member and tee time throughout the day will tee off the Back 9 since the league 9 counting will be the Back 9
Week 3 – FRONT 9
Week 4 – BACK 9
The good news about structuring the day this way is that it will not only keep us from congregating on the tee and help spreads us out, but it will also guarantee those who want to play 18 holes each week the ability to do so. The down side is, the first 9 you play will always be the league 9 (so no warm up)
Based on the schedules, we can still offer the unlimited 9 hole membership to anyone wishing to play 18 holes in the afternoon. Start times will depend on tee time interval, but the good news is that 18 holes will now be guaranteed under this format. The down side is that any leagues that have to have an after 4pm tee time, will not have the ability to play 9 holes beforehand. All extra holes will have to be played after the league 9. For any players that are starting after 4pm, they may want to get the 9 hole punch card and pay for the extra 9 holes anytime they want to keep going. Sunset is 8:33pm and the days are only getting longer, so it is still possible to play 18 holes after 4pm. Also, the 9 hole punch is 24 rounds. Since we are starting a little later, there will be extra punches to use up. Players can use these extra punches to pay for the other 9 holes when they choose to go 18 holes. So for those that are playing after 4pm, the punch card might be the best option.
I know things are going to be different, but they are going to be a safe different. We have implemented many safety protocols to protect our customers and our staff. Once I find out what safety measures will be mandated from the government, I will email you all the information.
We do anticipate being able to open next week. Since there are going to be a large number of players that are going to have to pay and we are not going to be able to sign players up at the course due to restrictions, we are encouraging everyone to pay by E-transfer. Anyone that is not able to do so please contact our office number at 519-839-6148 between 10am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) For those doing E-Transfer please see below.

LEAGUE PRICES INCLUDING HST
- Unlimited 9 = $508.50
- 9 hole punch = $395.90
- 18 hole punch = $593.25
We are not advertising cart packages just in case we have to open up and be walking only. Cart rates may also increase depending on tee time interval and single cart use. Like I told many of you by phone, we will not start charging full cart prices. If intervals stay somewhat the same, cart prices might go up a couple of dollars. If tee times intervals increase greatly then prices will have to adjust as well. Either way, we are going to work with everyone and keep things fair.
If anyone has any questions please email me back and use the info@belleviewgolf.ca to do so.
Thanks,
Josh Malott
