USGA local rule E-5:
Alternative to Stroke and Distance for Lost Ball or Ball Out of Bounds
As I had mentioned, this rule was put into effect on Jan. 1st 2019 and there always seems to be some confusion regarding it.
So please read and watch the following video on the this rule on the official USGA site which I’m providing a link to here.

Please note: Even though this is an official USGA rule, it doesn’t mean it’s used by the Pros, it’s a “local rule” intended for us amateurs to help with pace of play for recreational golfing. I’ll make a page with this post and put it under the RESOURCES menu tab for future reference.

League dues are to be paid to the league Treasurer (Marc Levesque) no later than May 6th 2026, or you won’t be scored weekly points beyond that point.

NOTE: League dues are $125 and can be e-transferred to Marc’s email at me-levesque@cogeco.ca. Contact Marc if you have any questions.

Our first official 4 man team scramble this week, April 15th, 2026.
Posted on the weekly schedule page which will be completed once I get all the info for the remainder of the season.
Note: This counts toward your 4 man team points for the first half.
