2026 Putters` Minutes Organizational meeting
Held in Windsor on March 18th, 2026.
1. ___Tim Whittaker_______ opened the meeting at __7:15__P.M.
2. Those in attendance:
Gerry Meloche, Kevin Cornwall, Wally Charette, Joe Gratton, Rob Marentette, Andre Levesque, Mike Beausoleil, Bill Ellis, Randy Moulton, Frank Piccolo, Dave Mitchell, Marc Levesque, Gus Levesque, Chris Young, Lydon Horvath, Dan Boshart, Gerry Belanger, Tim Whittaker, Chris Stedman and Paul Lamarque.
3. Flag to flag for ($625 + HST = $706.25 )
b- you may golf any Wednesday after 2:00 P.M.
c- golf ahead cards – you must decide before golfing and notify your witness that you are golfing ahead. – witness must sign card.

5. League Business.
a) Treasurer’s Report Prop Gerry B and Wally accepted
b) 50/50 Draw ( 50 squares). Each member assigned 2 squares. Each additional square available for $25. Weekly prize $30.
c) Seary Points – Prizes every week. Trophy at the end.
d) Point system 1 point for showing up, 4 points Match play, 1 pt for each player you beat Medal play.
e) Teams – 3 or 4 man teams will be formed as before.
f) Spares – pay full green fees.
g) Banquet – Committee
h) Tournaments – league sponsors 2 tournaments (last year June 7 and July 26th)
i) League dues $125 no later than May 6th 2026
j) Championship night – Players must be present – no rescheduling
If the winner of the first half or the second half cannot show up then the runner up of that half will play for the Championship. Full year handicap used for Championship match.
k) Move your ball in designated small trees, cart path and standing water only. Ball must be dropped from knee height.
a) Free drop is one club length only.
b) Penalty is 2 club lengths.
l) Item 28 in Rules and regulations All play from WHITE tees (Exceptions can be made by the executive).
m) Order of play as per our rules.
n) Score cards – The actual dated scorecard needs to be handed in by the Wednesday that it needs to be used. Rules and Regulations #1
o) If you golf ahead without your opponent you do not get the 1 point for golfing with your opponent. See rules and regulations #1
p) “Banked cards to be used as follows: One banked card we use that one.
Two banked cards we use them in order. Three banked cards we use the mid score(drop lowest and highest). Four banked cards we throw away lowest and highest.”
q) “ Out of bounds rule: Golfers can drop a new ball in the vicinity of where their ball is lost or has gone out of bounds, (including the nearest fairway area (2 club lengths), no closer to the hole), with a two stroke penalty. No more walking back to the tee. You may hit a provisional ball.”
r) Limit number of members to 32 players.
s) Other 1. Dry spots on course Play as it lies.

t) Protected areas no longer exist. You may hit from your lie or take an unplayable with one stroke penalty out of this penalty area.
